Veronica Klein(Vero) has been in the hospitality and event industry since 2009, working her way into every facet of event production. She has hosted events for brands and exclusive clientele throughout New York City and California. Veronica has worked as a consultant for hospitality planning within large scale hotel developments across the US, and lead the dining divisions for major lifestyle concierge entities. She has helped to plan, market, and produce the National Sommelier Competitions for the United States. To drive her passion, Veronica is actively involved in private wine associations and other epicurean programs. Vero diligently oversees all menu curation, sources the finest organic ingredients, and creates her own specialty ingredients from her garden when cooking herself and for others.
